By booking services with Hookah Lab, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

 

1. Minimum Booking Requirement
All rental bookings require a minimum of two (2) hours at a rate of $50 per hour, per hookah, which includes hookah setup and breakdown services.

 

2. Hookah Technician Service
 Optional hookah technician services are available at an additional rate of $50 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. This service must be requested at the time of booking and is subject to availability.

• Conduct: Hookah Lab technicians reserve the right to terminate service immediately if the environment is deemed unsafe or if guests engage in inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be issued in such instances.

 

3. Payment and Deposit Requirement
A refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve and secure your booking. No reservation will be confirmed without receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance for all booked services must be paid in full upon delivery of the hookah equipment prior to the commencement of the event.

 

4. Damages and Liability
Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of hookah equipment or its components during the service period. Any such damage will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit. The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage to Hookah Lab equipment caused by guests or environment during the service duration. A replacement fee may apply for broken glass, hoses, or heat management systems.

 

5. Booking Confirmation
Hookah Lab will provide a booking confirmation 48-72hrs prior to the scheduled event date.

 

6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated to Hookah Lab at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.

• Cancellations made with proper notice will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

7. Health and Safety                                                                                                                                   

Hookah smoking involves inherent health risks. By participating, the client and their guests acknowledge these risks and waive Hookah Lab of any liability for health-related issues arising from the use of the equipment.

 

8. Agreement to Terms
By submitting a booking request and/or paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

Hookah Lab reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
