What is the minimum booking for event services?

We typically require a 2-hour minimum for private events to ensure the Hookah Lab experience is fully curated and consistent.

What is your travel area for concierge sessions?

Our laboratory operates throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. Travel fees may apply for locations exceeding 30 miles from our central hub.

Are bookings made in advance required?

Yes, to maintain our clinical standards of preparation, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day prescriptions are subject to availability.
